I spent Saturday looking for deer and checking trailcams, I didn’t see any bucks but managed sneak in close enough to bag 4 does with my camera in thick stuff. Sunday I dragged a herring around behind my kayak, fishing was slow but I managed to catch a few cohos
July 18 – August 27
First sparring match involving a mature buck this year, if you look close you can see some scraps of velvet still hanging from his antlers.
May 15 – August 8
I switched this camera to record video, and next time I check it this creek will be full of salmon, and bears and eagles will be the main critters.
